MY GOAL IS TO CARRY THE TURKISH FLAG EVEN HIGHER
Fatma Arslan, who has been Turkish Champion 16 times to date and who has also represented our country successfully on the international stage, including with her second place at the World Championship, said: “This championship is very special to me. Becoming Turkish Champion in my own category is one thing, but bringing a second-place cup to my university is an indescribable pride. Representing both my university and my country was the greatest motivation I carried while fighting on the field. My endless thanks go to my family, who supported me throughout my training, to my coach Abdullah Gökşen, and to my university, Hasan Kalyoncu University. My goal is to carry the Turkish flag even higher.”
